Placing of an order will be deemed to represent acceptance by the customer of the following terms and conditions.
minimum orders
No minimum order for individual purchases.
prices
Prices for orders are stated exclusive of VAT at the current rate. Orders will be invoiced at the current prices at the time of posting. Standard delivery cost will be incurred as per posting rates at date of posting.
payment
Payment may be made by cheque (made payable to Fresh ideas) or by BACS transfer (sort code: 400125 account number: 81186779)
overdue accounts
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices as per the government guideline www.payontime.co.uk
title to goods
Ownership of the goods shall not transfer to the purchaser until full payment has been received by us.
breakages, transit damage, discrepancies and returns
Products delivered damaged or faulty must be returned to us within seven days of the day of despatch. Items will be replaced provided that any damage has occurred prior to delivery to the addressee's premises. The issuing of replacement products will be at our discretion. In the unlikely event that we have incorrectly supplied your order in any way, customers must contact us within five working days of delivery, providing full details of any discrepancy or error. We shall endeavour to rectify these as soon as possible after notification.
copyright
Any images or copies of images whether stored digitally or otherwise and any computer program including any source or object code, computer files or printed documentation relating to such images are protected by the Copyright and Design Act 1988. It is contrary to the Act to copy or allow to be copied photographically/electronically or by any other means an image created as part of this contract without the permission of the site owner.
cancellation
The Client may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. After that work will have commenced and cost will have been incurred by ourselves. Cost at that stage will only be for labour work undertaken and no outputs.
complaints
Any complaints should first be raised by the Client within 21 days from the date of receipt of images. This will be handle by our QA department assuring you our very best attention.
