Method of Sending

Uploading: Simply scan in your photograph at actual size using the colour photo or RGB colour setting on your scanner and at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi (consult your scanners manual for information specific to your scanner) Save the scan in jpeg format and name the file with the suffix .jpg (for example photo.jpg)

Please note: If you require large prints from images taken with a digital camera, make sure that you have taken the photograph in a high enough quality to allow for the increase to reproduce at its best.

Posting

Important: If you are posting the original or choose to post a scan of the original please use the cut out address label at the end of this form. Please pack your photographs carefully and apply suitable insurance cover - we are not responsible for the condition in which we receive photographs.
Be assured we will take great care of original photographs and will return them to you promptly and carefully packaged.
